Sarah Young is a former British pornographic actress.

Sarah Louise Young began her career in 1986 at the age of 15 as a topless model for Page 3 of the British tabloid newspaper The Sun. At 18, she entered the porn industry through a boyfriend and worked briefly for Private and the Color Climax Corporation. Shortly afterward, the German pornographic film producer and director Hans Moser, also known for discovering Teresa Orlowski, took notice of her. Moser brought her to Germany and built her into a star, as a kind of "successor" to Orlowski after their acrimonious split. Sarah Young and Hans Moser married in 1991, but the marriage has since ended in divorce.

During her career in the porn industry, Sarah Young starred in her own video series and several dozen other pornographic films. She also worked as a screenwriter and director. At the Venus Awards ceremony on December 6, 1997, where she was honored as best performer, she announced her retirement from the porn industry, allegedly to begin studying law in the USA. She has retained a cult following since her retirement.
